The other week we celebrated the most darling first communion at the Hartman. It was just the perfect day all around. Everything was stunning and it was lovely to be able to celebrate Lauren and her family for this special occasion. There were so many unique details that provided charm for the day including gorgeous flowers in mercury jars, delicious macarons and the sweetest pictures you've ever seen of Lauren.
We were blown away by this adorable cake crafted by the amazingly talented Cocoa Cakery. We were especially impressed with the beautiful handmade details and the watercolour flowers painted on the sides. It was the perfect addition to the day.
Two pictures were provided for each of Lauren's grandmothers in these beautiful jewelled frames. They looked great displayed on the sweets table.
A long family style table was prepared using our lovely white dishes to bring together the lace tablecloth and pink details.
We also loved this adorable moment of these sweeties playing in the doorway. Kids bring so much joy and fun to each event.
How sweet do these little girls look playing together on the patio in the garden. It was finally a beautiful warm day and perfect for them to spin around in their party dresses.
We have to take a moment to thank the lovely team behind Cookery Catering for preparing such a beautiful and delicious meal for this communion luncheon. The food was beyond amazing and so artistically prepared and displayed.
We brought in our vintage record player and our collection of records for use during this special event. It was the perfect addition to hear sweet vinyl playing in the background. The classic music played sounded like a Disney soundtrack and created a magical vibe.
Once again it was another successful and beautiful event at the Hartman. We were honoured to have been chosen to be a part of it. It is a unique privilege to be able to be a part of your family milestones and celebrations.
